General Information

Homeward Bath accessible tubs and steam showers are certified under ETL, UPC and CSA regulations for plumbing and electrical. We are currently the only shower company with certified water controls. Customer service is our top priority and our knowledgeable and courteous team’s goal is to make the purchase and installation process as easy and stress-free as possible.


We have several documents that can be viewed on-line or downloaded for your personal use.  These documents are located on the individual product page. Scroll down and click on the tab, “Manuals.” If an Installation Manual download is not available, call us directly at 866-783-2661 to speak to Technical Support.


All units come broken down in separate boxes and need to be assembled when ready. The only units that come fully assembled are walk-in tubs. Units are of various sizes, dimensions and weights when shipped. When receiving your shipment, you must inspect and note visual damages on delivery receipt. If you need specific information on a product, contact our sales team for assistance.


You have 5 business days from the receipt of the product to report any missing parts.
